This guide was completely reviewed and republished in April of 2001. It is a comprehensive guide to living here in Surf Pines. As a member of the Association you are entitled to one free copy. These were mailed in the first couple of weeks of April 2001. If for some reason you have not gotten your copy please contact our administrator Bill Barrons or one of the Board members and we will get one out to you. For additional copies or if other interested parties (such as realtors) would like copies, they can be purchased from the Surf Pines Association for $5.00 each. This will help cover additional expenses and shipping.
The entire OWNERS INFORMATION GUIDE is included on the web using ADOBE'S ACROBAT READER. If you wish additional copies at no cost, please feel free to print them from the web. Since it is in Acrobat, it is fully formatted for printing.
