Welcome to Surf Pines

Surf Pines is a gated community, located on the northern Oregon Coast between Warrenton and Gearhart, near Astoria and Seaside. Surf Pines is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west and Sunset Lake on the east. Two gated entrances provide access to Surf Pines, one at Surf Pines Lane on Highway 101 north of Gearhart and one near Sunset Lane on Highway 101 south of Astoria and Warrenton. The rural setting of Surf Pines abounds in natural beauty for its residents and local wildlife, such as elk, deer, pheasants, sea gulls, and eagles.

Surf Pines has 350+ homes and many undeveloped lots. Some residents are summer and holiday residents and others are year round residents. Some lots are 1/3 to 1/4 of an acre, many lots are an acre, and a few lots are several acres.
