1. Policy that all people on the BOD use SP’s email and that all records are the property of SP’s
2. Name Committee Chair for Safety and Security
3. Review need for an Administrator or HOA Management firm 
   1. With now 409 Member Lots and assets of $1.25M should we consider professional help to deal with expanding responsibilities and regulations to protect our poperty values.
4. Reserve Study/ Capitalization Requirements
5. Standardization of Member Inquiries and SPA response.
